The only Dick Head Customs Officers I’ve encountered in my travels have been at Sydney Airport and then it was a Domestic flight not International. :groan:I found the same in Sydney, the twat took great pleasure in confiscating some medicine, I was'nt even going to Sydney but in transit. |

Yes Sydney Airport has a reputation for idiocy in Customs. My encounter was with a woman Id swear was an identical twin to Titewhai Harawira, complete with ignorance and arrogance. The problem was a fold-up fishing rod in my carry on luggage. More of a toy than a fishing rod. It had passed through Outgoing Customs at Auckland International, and it had passed through Incoming Customs at Sydney International but not Sydney Domestic. They simply could not understand that if I was going to hijack the plane, or commit an act of terrorism, a fold up fishing rod would not be my weapon of choice. Like you Cic I was in transit. |
