1378187 2014-06-30 03:10:00 Is there a programme that you can check DVD-R discs I have some that I don't know whether they are blank or stuff written to them, just need to see if not I can bin the offending discs.

Is there anything win 8.1 or 7 or even linux?

Have tried google but keeps coming up with the wrong answers.

1378188 2014-06-30 03:42:00 Put them in the DVD. If its blank it'll tell you. Or it may tell you what do you want to use with the blank DVD Speedy Gonzales (78)
1378189 2014-06-30 03:44:00 Just put the disk in your drive open My Computer and click on the drive, If there are any files on it you will see them. CliveM (6007)
1378190 2014-06-30 06:59:00 Wait, you want to check if they're blank so you can throw them away? You do realise that blank ones are actually useful - to put data on, right? ;) Agent_24 (57)
1378191 2014-06-30 10:56:00 Try "DVD Identifier" :)

1378192 2014-06-30 11:08:00 Maybe a DVD Catalog Organizer, (http://cd-dvd-catalog.software.informer.com/) if you have a lot of discs or files per disk. kahawai chaser (3545)
