| 1377819 | 2014-06-23 22:12:00 | Morning Live mail has stopped loading/working. Tries to load database but can't so closes. Tried Essentials repair but no luck. Any ideas please ? |

| 1377821 | 2014-06-23 22:37:00 | You can try deleting the cache folder, the following article is from W7, but W8 is basically the same www.sevenforums.com If it doesn't work you can always go back into the recycle bin and restore the folder. Look in the error logs if its there ( as per the article) it should tell you whats not right. |

| 1377827 | 2014-06-24 10:31:00 | What antivirus are you using ? Something to try, go into the antivirus setting, locate and tell it not to scan emails. See if WLM opens or is still the same. There is also one thing that comes to mind, but shouldn't matter these days --- Outlook Express for example can freeze as described if there is to much mail in the folders. Not so much the amount of mail, but the actual size. |
