1377332 2014-06-17 09:07:00 Works fine here with FF. Just tried it and logged in fine. See if IE works. If it does then something is wrong with FF Speedy Gonzales (78)

1377334 2014-06-17 09:49:00 I just turned off my Windows Firewall and it works all OK.

1377335 2014-06-17 19:08:00 But I want to turn my Firewall back on and this just stops the Paypal website being accessed.

This is ridiculous.
I don't think I can add it as a program as its a website rather than a program.

There must be a simple way to allow Firefox (and other browsers) to allow Paypal.

1377336 2014-06-17 21:28:00 What firewall is installed if its not windows firewall?? Sounds like something has stuffed up. Looks like bullguard had this prob with Paypal. Speedy Gonzales (78)
1377337 2014-06-17 21:50:00 As far as I know I have Windows Firewall installed.
Surely that should let a site such as Paypal through.

1377338 2014-06-17 22:08:00 Try your bank site. See if that works. If it doesn't, you maybe having probs getting onto secure sites. Since paypal is a secure site, and your bank should be as well Speedy Gonzales (78)

That was a good suggestion but I can access my bank.

Paypal still comes up with
"Firefox can't find the server at www.paypal.com."

If I turn the firewall off I can get in no worries.

if you want to check that I'm sending to a legit site type in at a cmd prompt ping www.paypal.com it should return those numbers as well as a reply x 4 if all is well
