| 315021 | 2005-01-17 05:55:00 | recently when ive tried to backup a dvd its come up with this error msg; "error 10 at sector 465536-hardware servo error- command:35 sense: 04asc :09ascq:01" i know its long! but does anyone know what this is and what i should do? cheers |

| 315024 | 2005-01-17 06:24:00 | It might be the version of DVDshrink if u have the latest version try an earlier version or vice versa. I take it you're using nero to burn it?? DVDshrink does have probs with some DVD's. |
