| 315438 | 2005-01-19 20:02:00 | Yep. WS_FTP works well for me too. I use the 'Lite' version because it's free (Scottish ancestors you see) and because it's simple to use. I think the earlier comment about it no longer being free was because the people who produce it ('Ipswitch' from memory) mentioned in a user e-mail before Xmas that they no longer provide a free version. This may be true as my daughter went to download it on my recommendation and found she had to pay for it. I guess the free version is probably still obtainable from other sources though. | Oggy (5399) | ||

| 315440 | 2005-01-19 20:56:00 | the address you should use will be ftp.[your school].school.nz watch the bottom left hand corner of the FTP Commander screen and you can follow the login progress. It will let you know what errors you are encountering. hope this helps. Lucy |
