In our household we use Paradise internet on two different computers. Yesterday we replaced one of the computers and now cannot connect to Paradise on the new one. The previous computer was running Windows ME, with a Dynalink external modem and had no trouble connecting to the internet. The new one is running Windows XP, with a Lucent internal modem.

At first when trying to connect it gave error 619 - "The port is disconnected" and occasionally error 777 - "The connection attempt failed because the modem (or other connecting device) on the remote computer is out of order.".

However, since about 6 or 7pm yesterday, trying to connect yields error 676 - "The line is busy." The other computer, this one, is having no trouble at all getting online...

Any help or advice on the matter you could give would be much appreciated.
