Or donate it to a school/church/misc charity? If you put your house on the market for $400,000, after 6 offers of $350,000 would you think "Gee, maybe it's only worth $350,000" or would you just set fire to the place? If you put your Ford Fairlane out on the road with a sign in it for $9000, would you push it off a cliff if you were only offered $7000? Be realistic. Something is only worth what the market is willing to pay. |
