| 317928 | 2005-01-25 09:23:00 | I've got a wierd problem affecting my friends pc... whenever I play a sound file, it's sped up. Not like double speed but enough to make Barry White sound a bit like Kurt Cobain (don't ask). She has an old IBM PIII machine, a netvista I recall, and it has onboard AC'97 sound. I'm beginning to wonder if it's the driver... well I dunno. I would've thought that it wouldn't have worked at all if the driver was a problem... hmm. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, brazzin. |
