| 317729 | 2005-01-25 01:09:00 | 'Ello... my friend has a problem with the shift key on the keyboard, on shift key turns the caps lock on, or opends her email, the other pastes odd letters or web adresses, its realy odd, it is a labtop so the keyboard is connected, any one have any sugjestons other than replace the keyboard? cuz thad be super sweet! ^_^ ... oh yea... also any other sugjestions than :badpc: | Belak (6988) | ||
| 317730 | 2005-01-25 01:42:00 | Are your running XP? Saw this problem on a friends computer running XP and to correct it go to Control Panel -> Accessibility Options and ensure the Use Sticky Keys tick box is UNTICKED. Reboot. If not XP , then afraid not sure what the issue is. HIH |

And if that doesn't work visit the forum's Spyware, adware and viruses FAQ (pressf1.pcworld.co.nz 16) and follow the instructions to see if the computer has anything dodgy on it that could be causing the problem. |
