| 318532 | 2005-01-27 07:10:00 | Hi people this is related to my previous thread Here (pressf1.co.nz) I went to look at the pc 2day Jetstream is running but she cant go to any thing on the xtra site eg help, network status etc it comes up with the page cant be found, All other sites seems to be ok. She is running: Win 98 se Avg 7 Ad-aware spyware blaster spy sweeper no firewall (yes i know :groan: ) Could it be a problem on Xtra's side ? Suggestions Please, She was going to ring Xtra after I left so not sure how she got on. |

| 318538 | 2005-01-27 08:37:00 | Xtra. I've rebooted the modem a couple of times today and xtra.co.nz is still inaccessible. "The connection refused when attempting to contact xtra.co.nz" Weird cos I can get to a few pages within the domain fine, and some I cant. |

| 318539 | 2005-01-27 08:38:00 | Unlikely to be Xtra methinks. Check the hosts file maybe? That or open a command prompt and try: nslookup www.xtra.co.nz And see what IP it reports. Then try tracert www.xtra.co.nz And post the results. |
