| 318503 | 2005-01-27 01:04:00 | Sup guys, I just enabled my Norton auto-protect, because I noticed my system just started freezing out of nowhere . Then this pop up window start coming up today and everytime I click on ok it comes back up . Is there a quick way to fix this for now without restarting in safe-mode and then running the norton scan etc . Because that scan is going to take a couple hours at least, so I can't do it now . Any suggestions or what I should actually do let em know thanks! The pop-up says Virus Alert and it says High Risk Norton AntiVirus has detected and removed a virus from your computer . Object Name: changes everytime this pop-up shows up Virus Name: Backdoor . Beasty . Family Action Taken: The file was automatically deleted . so if it's deleted why would it keep coming up? thanks everyone |
