| 319487 | 2005-01-30 20:22:00 | I am using Outlook 2003 with Windows XP Pro (SP2). Am synching Outlook with Nokia PC Suite 6.41.6 - or trying to...! Synchronisation of contacts and tasks etc. to a Nokia 6610 phone is unsuccessful as I receive the error message 'Failed to open Outlook'. The cable (DKU-5) tests ok so the problem is software-related, I'm not sure if the problem is Nokia's PC suite or Outlook 2003's security. The previous version of Nokia's PC Suite had the same problem so I thought upgrading would solve the problem. Can anyone help...!?? | DerekA (7047) | ||
