| 319793 | 2005-01-31 17:04:00 | Here's my problem: I recently created a new user profile with admin rights because some things were messed up (a whole different story) under the admin profile. So today I turn on my computer and the admin login is gone on the profile login screen. Needless to say, I had a lot of pictures and music and documents (school papers!), etc. on the admin login because I had been using it for quite some time. I tried to go into Documents and Settings to retrive the documents, but it said ACCESS DENIED. Any ideas about how to get all of that stuff back? |

In the name field you should see your user account. Highlight it, tick the replace owner ..... option and apply. This should give you access to the admin documents. If you do not have a security tab then you will need to first go to tools/folder options/view and scroll to the bottom and untick "use simple file sharing" | berryb (99) | ||
