| 1378713 | 2014-07-07 20:09:00 | Every morning for the last 2 weeks our Technicolor TG589vn v2 VDSL2 keeps dropping between 6.00-6.30am. This is a brand new one that Telecom sent us. The old one does exactly the same. We rang Telecom and they monitored the line for a week and said it was fine and was probably the router. I've checked the error logs and this pops up every time (SNTP Systemtime update: time setting 13:03:10 > new time setting: 07:40:54) and this too ([ANTI_SPOOFD] (err) llist_getobject_at for ENV.ANTI_SPOOFD's value failed) Jul 8 everything else reverts back to Jan 2000,which is weird. Desktop is running Win 7 and Laptop Win 8.1 Ethernet and wireless both drop I still have my old NB6Plus4Wn. I'll be at work so can't reply till after 4.30pm. Thank you |

| 1378717 | 2014-07-08 07:23:00 | A 3rd time? Seems a little ridiculous. Are the Huawai ones any better? |

| 1378718 | 2014-07-08 07:38:00 | Must be something wrong if its the 3rd one you've had. Replace the filter, if you've got one. Replace it with a draytek or an ASUS. Or a well known brand | Speedy Gonzales (78) | ||

| 1378720 | 2014-07-08 08:16:00 | 27 drops since Sunday night.they are sending a technician out to check the wiring. They said it sounds like a problem from the house to the exchange. If that doesn't work they will send out a replacement router AGAIN. |
