| 1378486 | 2014-07-03 21:12:00 | Anyone know how to fix the problem please let me know! My wife's 10.1 has just started to show a notice that "System UI has stopped". We uninstalled the latest app but it's still doing it. She OK's out of it but it comes back.Very frustrating,and as I don't use it I'm not sure what to do.Tried googling of course,but there's so much stuff out there,with seemingly no correct answers! Some suggest a factory reset.Does this delete your photos etc? Thanks. |

| 1378487 | 2014-07-03 21:38:00 | Looks like a lot of people have had the same prob. Some sites say do a factory reset, others say clear the cache. And uninstall the last update for whatever. A factory reset I think is like a refresh / clean install. It'll go back to what was on it originally So, I would say unless you can copy the photos to something else say byebye to them |
