1364064 2014-01-02 18:26:00 I would say it is not unlike people who don't collect their PCs when repaired.

I had one like that, he bought it in, quoted, he accepted, fixed it, he never came back.
Left messages and got hold of a relative of his too and spoke with him. Still nothing.
So I followed the law, placed an ad and then sold the PC to recover costs.

You have contacted this guy several times, TM has too, so sell it again, place bad feedback and move on.

The complication here though, is that the bidder has paid for the item (as I understand it). So it's a different ball game.

1364070 2014-01-02 21:38:00 Ah, that will account for the semi-urgency in your dilemma.
Good luck with it Cicero,
I imagine it will take a deadline, to move the once-gravid purchaser.

1364073 2014-01-02 22:47:00 Chap bought a 9" Wadkin buzzer off me about 2 months ago. Having purchased the buzzer,he asked if he could delay pick for a week or two due to having a baby, I said yes of course.
He has yet to pick it up.
Trade Me have sent him an email asking him to pick up, I have sent numerous emails too.

He has paid for it.
What would you do?

I dear say if its his first baby, he might not have realised just how much his life will change. You are not out of pocket, just wait for him, tis what id do!
