1379029 2014-07-12 04:14:00 I bought one of those Samsu 840 EVO 250 gig drives.

First time I have ever seen or used an SSD.

Its so tiny!

Cant wait to see how fast it is when using Office and copying files etc.

1379030 2014-07-12 04:17:00 I think I'll start a new thread (seeing as how I got my pc up and running)

Then I post a pic of mine (its so messy at the moment) and your pics as well (with your permission.)

1379031 2014-07-12 04:18:00 Depends if you want to monitor the speed somehow, you cant if you use a molex connector. It's better to hide the cables if you can. The tidier it is at the front the better. Still have to get 2 fans here.

May change the back 80mm fan. And change it for a 4 pin pwm fan. Since, there's 2 4 pin connectors besides the CPU fan. And umm put two 120mm on the side of the case, so they're blowing inwards to keep things cool. Altho there's stuff all in the case to cool at the mo lol

Depends if there's anything else in the case that needs the SATA cable. If not don't connect it yet. Yup you can post mine. I may get some foam too and make my own grommets up ... Looks easy enough to do. Hide the wires going to the side of the case

It'll be a lot faster than the 3.5 hdd's. And it's good that theyre small. Easier to hide, if the case has brackets for 2.5 hdd's. On the pic I posted, there's 3 2.5 brackets (one reason I brought this case, even tho it's only got 1 5.25 bay). One on the side one under the DVD, and one on the bottom in front of the PSU. The cage in the front there, is for 2 3.5 hdd's
