Our whole family have used them since the early 90's with excellent service and no complaints. On one occasion my wife and I were going to buy a camera duty free, but soon worked out they would nearly match the duty free price, and most importantly we would have good after sales service, whereas with duty free... We have only ever bought from them since then. |

| 1364686 | 2014-01-09 22:35:00 | Probably just a bent spring contact in the SD card slot, as the guy said. Shouldn't require much effort to un-bend it. If the price for repair is more than a new camera you might as well just try it yourself. Or sell for parts\repair on Trademe and get a new one... |
