| 321879 | 2005-02-05 22:47:00 | Below are the questions I asked of the XTRA helpdesk. Upon being informed that the helpdesk doesn't support questions relating to their own wireless product, I thought the community might be able to enlighten me: Refer: jetstream.xtra.co.nz 1) Will the Wireless Network Kit allow me to wirelessly network my computers and share files between them, as well as share a JetStream connection? 2) Would I be correct in assuming that the computer that I connect the wireless router to does not need a further USB adapter to connect to JetStream? 3) I have a double phone adapter (into which a phone and fax insert) connected into one phone jack. This jack is different to the one that the wireless router would connect into. Would one filter suffice to allow normal functioning of my phone and fax, or would one filter for each of the phone and fax be required? 4) What are the average official working ranges of the described D-Link DSL G604T wireless router, D-Link DWL-G122 USB adapter and D-Link DWL-G650+ laptop card? |

Take those figures and 70-80% of those will probably be truer |
