321724 2005-02-05 05:38:00 Hi all.
We're looking for some HTML programmers to help design some websites - they're only gonna be pretty basic sites, really just 'info' and 'referall' sites for businesses.
I've looked at some of NZ job sites, but to post an ad you have to pay a fee, but we're not a business as such (well, yet anyway) and only looking for one or 2 people, just part time (few hrs a week)
So anyone know any sites?
Or maybe some of you guys are interested, if so, please email me on:
fergienz (at) paradise.net . nz

cheers

321726 2005-02-05 09:39:00 You won't find any HTML 'programmers' cause it's not a programming language :p (couldn't resist)

I second what's been said; if you do only need simple pages then it would be much better to do it yourself. HTML is very easy to learn but it is entirly possible to do it WYSIWYG if you're alergic to code like some people I know. There's a plethora of editors out there ranging from the free but very good ones (check http://www.evrsoft.com/) to the more expensive and feature rich ones mentioned above.

321727 2005-02-05 09:48:00 yea, but its just that i may be needing to do a few, and they'll need a 'professional' look, so i don't really have time to do it, thought i could pay someone wif more knowledge to do it for me...
but i've had a been enquires, thanks

be warned one of the packaged scripts that come with this is considered a virus by E-Trust, identified as "jsloop" (didnt like it at all).
But still a good find thanks Caesius

321729 2005-02-05 11:01:00 You're looking at the cheaper option coming here and asking I guess. Even basic sites can set people back $1K just to be done by professionals.

Hopefully you find someone to do the job. When it's finished, you think we can all get the link to review it?
