I access Jetstream through a wireless network, things have been working fine until we had a problem with newdotnet and some other things that someone else got rid off but they can't remember what they were. I got the uninstaller and ran that. I have the wireless network up but I still can't get onto the internet. The machine that has the Jetstream connects fine, but mine won't.
Any ideas? |

The forum's Spyware FAQ (pressf1.pcworld.co.nz 16) has instructions for getting rid of New.Net spyware. Scroll to about halfway down the page. |

I have done most of this apart from the registry removal, but just one question it says about Dial Up Networking, I am trying to connect using jetstream over the wireless network so would I still have to carry out that part of the instructions? |

I am not 100% sure but I think that bit could be omitted. Leave it out for now and if you have any problems with browsing, eg webpages not loading, etc, then go back and complete the procedure. |
