However checking into applications did show that "Allow" was always selected. So a puzzle. PJ Ok, worth a try I suppose! Glad you didn't take offence! Sometimes it is the simple things... I just looked into Applications on mine, and most say Allow, some say Ask and a few say Block, so it should be clear enough in your log (or whatever the Application thingie is called). Still a puzzle then. Did someone else suggest uninstall and reinstall? If so, when you reinstall it will probably ask you if you want to keep your old settings (at least it does when you install a new version over the old one). Perhaps it would be worth giving it a burl if you haven't done so already, and tell it not to keep your old settings if it gives you that option. Otherwise I am stumped. John |
