| 322173 | 2005-02-06 22:12:00 | When I boot my Toshiba l/top with pre-installed Xp Home Ed I get the following message:- “PmProxy.exe – Unable to Locate a Component This application has failed to start because PMCPL.cpl was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.” PMCPL.cpl is not on hard disk – I have searched. Xp Home Ed was pre-installed, i.e. no CD, so any ideas how to re-install PmProxy.exe? |
