I wonder if thats the outcome of using MS Word as your "E-mail Editor" in Outlook. Any Outlook users know? |

Tell him/her (preferably face-to-face) that they have one, and only one, last chance to desist before the full fury of your wrath will descend upon them. After that, if they do it again, post their email address here for everyone to send them an email in kind. They will soon get the message then. ;) |
