| 322942 | 2005-02-09 08:02:00 | Has anybody got any recommedations on a good wireless router/firewall. I am setting up a jetstream connection (not mine) and telecom have sent an external DSL modem as part of the set up. I was looking at purchasing a US Robotics 9106 modem/router/firewall/wireless as it looks to have all the features I require. If I use the Telecom supplied modem I still want to get an external router/firewall to filter the ADSL connection. I can't seem to find a wireless router with the same firewall features as a separate (ethernet) router/firewall so this would mean also purchasing a wireless access point. Any ideas? :illogical |

| 322943 | 2005-02-09 09:09:00 | Knock your self out Netgear do a all in one unit www.netgear.com NZ Price is around $170 Personally I run a Dlink set up Router: www.dlink.co.nz Did the router first then added the wireless connection a few months later Access Point: www.dlink.com.au Laptop Card: www.dlink.co.nz PC Card: www.dlink.com.au Hope this helps |
