| 323656 | 2005-02-10 18:24:00 | Have you installed or uninstalled any programs after which you started recieving these error messages ? Could you post back the exact wording of these two messages. There are a few diffent error messages that DOS can throw on bootup and without knowing exactly which ones you are getting , it is difficult to know where to start fault finding. Most of the time in my experance, these error message can be caused by poor cleanup on the part of a program installer after a new program install or a incomplete uninstall of the program (there are some exceptions though). These messages can be generated (on bootup) from a couple of system files for example autoexec.bat or a couple of ini files . These files are used to load different things on startup. |
