324570 2005-02-13 06:09:00 Performance wise, off course the 3400+ will be better. But personally, I'd go with the 3200+. At such a big price difference, there is no reason to get 3400+ as chances are than you won't notice the difference. techie (7177)

I have an Athlon 64 754pin 3200+, and use a MIS K8N Neo 2 Platinum Board (Nforce 250Gb). I polay a lot of games, and this combined with a high end graphics card, runs extremely well.

After all a 3400 is basicly an overclocked 3200.
