| 324849 | 2005-03-06 15:26:00 | I have the dsl 302g modem which was given free by telecom and I downloaded apache so I could host a website and when I check the site through my local ip it is displayed fine but I cannot check the site through my wan ip as when I type it in it takes me to my modem configuration page and when I get others to check it it says page cannot be displayed. I read something about port forwarding but do not understand. Any help would be very appreciated THANK U ALL! Dont worry dude, Youre not the only one trying to figure this out. I was told to add NAT - REDIRECT - blah blah but still didnt work. When I entered in my IP address, it just forwards to the login screen. Im now wondering if Telecom has blocked these ports or if its just due to the ip being dynamic???? Has anyone in this entire forum actually succeeded with port forwarding to port 80?? Cheers to all who reply with good advice :D |

For the NZ model of DSL 302G use the manual found at: ftp://files.dlink.com.au/products/DSL-302G_NZ/REV_C/SetupGuides/DSL-302G_Port_Forwarding.pdf  |
