324940 2005-02-14 10:04:00 i am a real beginner at this web building and am finding site spinner pretty cool to use hammer (1735)
324941 2005-02-14 19:57:00 If you want to build some pretty nice sites in a wysiwyg enviro check out web page maker
I hate to admit to using it now & again to slap up a couple of quick pages when time is against me.
For the price it has some great features for US$39.00
The templates thast come with it are pretty yuk but it's so easy to make your own
It really is the best cheap editor I've ever seen & it's packed with cool features that even leaves some of the expensive editors for dead
Free download, not sure how long the trial is for though

324942 2005-02-14 20:17:00 I'M with andrew93 on this. I'e used Arachnophilia too. Easy to get around and you can use as much html or a as little as you like and it will check your code for bugs. Give it a try. mark c (247)

I agree and I highly recommend that people do learn HTML if they want to create webpages but some people just don't want to learn it. :dogeye:

324946 2005-02-18 03:01:00 Yup, learn html .
Sure you can make a page without it, but you ned it to modify your page and optimise it for the search engines .

I use frontpage2002, as a base to create my pages then modify the html myself .
I also use topstyle lite for the CSS which is awesome for a free program .

HTML kit, which is free is very good as well for scripts .

I have an early version of Namo 2 on my site . com/downloads . htm" target="_blank">stuffucanuse . com free, easy to make simple pages . Links for the other programs are there as well .

Got some webdesign info on the front page you might like as well .

Good luck, ask us for a crit of your new site when you get it up, there are heaps of people around who are willing to help . use my messageboard if you want . :)
Hope this helps :)
