Probably be better if you replace the motherboard, ram, and get more modern hard drives That motherboard is limited to 2 GB of ram |

But if you get a more recent motherboard (if it's not a socket 775), like the one you've got, you'll have to buy a processor as well. More recent motherboard support USB 2 and 3, and SATA 2 and 3...You can get SATA 3 hard drives for around $70. Depending on what features you want the motherboard to have, prices can go from $90 upwards. Processors (well the cheapest go for around $90). Then add windows 7 or 8 on top of that. Thats around $150- 220/230). Depending on the version of windows |

| 1379704 | 2014-07-20 10:13:00 | No probs. I just finished making one up here last week. Took a while to get the parts for it. Costs around $814, so far. The motherboard, processor, case, the SSD hard drive, the power supply, 4 gb ram, and a dvd burner. All up, it'll probably cost just over $1000 once I get 3 more sticks of ram in a few weeks / months time |
