Multiple screens, breadcrumb trails, handles lots of files in one folder.

I've only used 8 once or twice, basically I think its 7 with a tiled interface on top.

I've only used 8 once or twice, basically I think its 7 with a tiled interface on top. Outwardly ( what you actually see) You're right there :). There are changes "under the bonnet" but most people have no use for it or even know the changes.
