2005-02-18 03:45:00 :help: Is there any way emails can be sent and received with a time stamped on them so I know what time they were sent and received? dianne (1940)
2005-02-18 03:54:00 Hi Dianne, As far as im aware Outlook does automatically have the time stamp, it should be in the recieved column. Is this what you are meaning if not please let me know. Overdrive_5000 (4950)

2005-02-18 07:22:00 I tried your suggestions.....but right clicking on the subject and getting the columns dropdown box does not provide me with any options for time. I have also been into the recommended site. Thanks for the help but is there anything else I can try. dianne (1940)
2005-02-18 07:55:00 Hi Diane, not sure if this is what your after? But if you want to have the "Received" column with the time received/time sent - go to - View - click on Columns - Make sure there is a tick in the "Received" box and o.k etc... out of there.

2005-02-18 08:14:00 Hi J Zep and all
Yes, the tick is there in received but my email programme does not give a time it was received. It only gives the date it was received. :groan:

2005-02-18 08:26:00 Mine has the date recieved also the time recieved next to it maybe your columns are to narrow .
To enlarge them put your curser on the recieved button and move it to the edge untill it changes to a cross then move it along a bit untill the time appears.

2005-02-18 08:47:00 No the column has plenty of room but only the date there........no time. :groan: Thanks for trying to help dianne (1940)
2005-02-18 09:00:00 A bit of a wild guess but I wonder if your Control Panel>Regional and Language Options has a blank field for "Time:"? If it is blank you will need to enter a time format. FoxyMX (5)
