Goto options-mail setup-send/receive Check the box for schedule an automatic send/receive every xx minutes. To ensure outlook dosent keep checking your email set the minutes to 1440. |

You are not by any chance referring to Outlook Express are you? Cheers Billy 8-{) |

| 326114 | 2005-02-21 00:25:00 | no. Another way to do it is to go tools-send/receive settings-Define Send/Receive Groups Then check the box for schedule an automatic send/receive every xx minutes. This only applies to outlook 2002 & 2003. |
