| 326847 | 2005-02-20 19:44:00 | Hi Folks Im using AVG free version, and it picks up these 2 files as viruses with the virus alert of virus identified java/openstream and the virus names of installerapplet.class javainstaller.jar-3cc46f89-443cb5ad.zip These files are located in this directory application data/sun/java/deployment/cache/javapi/v1.0/jar since my last virus scan, i was trying to view a trailer of an upcoming movie on a site, i remember there was a note on it that mozilla and firefox users had to install the active x plugin, i didnt select it and thought the trailer might still appear anyway, it didnt so i just left it at that, and im just wondering if these files picked up by AVG as viruses are actually viruses? Cheers |
