326504 2005-02-19 15:29:00 Okay, this is getting on my last nerve. I just did a spyware/trojan scan, and deleted or quarrintined all of them, yet my computer will still freeze random windows. I'll be looking at one, click a different browser window, and come back, and the first window is now frozen, and I have to end the program with Ctrl+Alt+Delete.

Can somebody please help me?

(It's also impossible for me to see my desktop. When I minimize, or close the window, it either stays up, or goes down and leaves a big white thing where it was before.)

I sympathise with you. So will many others.
But being realistic, unless you give more details than that, you're unlikely to get any help.
You say you've checked for bad stuff - like what did you check with.? (There are lots of options,. Which ones did you try?)
What's your operating system.?
How long have you had the problem?
What - if anything - had you just changed before it happened?
Those will do for starters...
With more info, someone here may be able to help..

Startup tab, turn off everything apart from your virus program.

Try this and see if it makes a difference
