| 326949 | 2005-02-21 00:23:00 | Hi I use a router (XH1169) from dick smith electronics to connect to orcons broadband internet. I have recently purchased a network adapter for my ps2 but I seem to be having slight connection problems. I can connect and start playing games but I often get disconnected. I currently only have to online ps2 games, hardware online arena and fifa 2004. Hardware online arena works at a reasonable speed but fifa 2004 is very slow. They both disconnect regularly. Does anyone know what my router settings should be for ps2 online to work best? |

You probably need to open ports in the virtual server page within the router. ps2.paradise.net.nz check this page for the port numbers you need to open www.us.playstation.com More info regarding port fowarding |

| 326953 | 2005-02-22 00:17:00 | There seems to possibly be a very slight increase in speed, but not as much as I was looking for. Anyone got any more ideas? Thanks |

| 326956 | 2005-02-22 06:22:00 | The only people I have seen online in fifa 2004 have all been in the northern europe room, so I guess that may be a big part of the problem. | Martin (7389) | ||
