| 327625 | 2005-02-23 11:14:00 | I find the idea of a PC that is totally silent and which looks like a piece of well made hi-fi equipment to be rather intriguing. Does anyone here have any first-hand knowledge of the "hush" brand, and if so, what should a prospective buyer look out for? Thanks for whatever info you might provide. :-) |

| 327626 | 2005-02-23 11:16:00 | im assuming a passive psu, metal case with rubber seals and dampers, 12cm "slow" fans, passive processor fan, and heaps of sound deadening, whats the point | Tux (606) | ||
| 327627 | 2005-02-23 11:27:00 | No fans, and a heck of a lot better looking than the standard beige box or lan-party frankenputer. Something that might well find its way into one's living room, perhaps as a media centre? But I gather you have no specific info for me then? | BassMan (529) | ||

Will beat hard wiring everything up from the old pc in the back room. Just wondering if you have found a NZ supplier for these cases as I have been looking at the Silverstone one. www.silverstonetek.com I know you can get the silverstone cases through QMB and a few other retailers. It is going to be an interesting project!! :dogeye: |
