328477 2005-02-26 22:38:00 Hi people I just managed to install Suse 9.1 but I need help with setting up my jetstream account and D-link 302G modem (connects by USB) How would I go about doing this ? :help: Overdrive_5000 (4950)
328478 2005-02-26 22:57:00 I can't see that D-Link provides any USB drivers for Linux, and a google search doesn't bring up any third-party Linux drivers.

Seriously, your best bet is to get a NIC card for your machine (less than $20 from DSE) and install that. Using the ethernet option for your modem is 100% OS independent, and Linux will pick up on the ethernet connection as it boots automatically. You shouldn't need to configure anything in SuSE.

Congrats on getting SuSE installed. :)
