328414 2005-02-26 09:08:00 This is following my previous post. My problem with accessing emails persists.
It say's 'server' could not be found although connection to internet is possible. So I decided to delete the OS & reinstall it. As the OS has got newer things from time to time out of 'updates, it say, the CD I have is something like "old version". This has stopped me form doing anything.

Could some one please tell me how I go about deleting this from C drive and reinstall the old version again.

If you format and reinstall, whatever u had before, is gone. You'll have to download / install it again after XP has been reinstalled.

Is Nortons Internet security installed at all?? As this will stop u doing anything else but connect to the net. I know one of its files can stop and this will also stop u from using the browser.
