2005-02-28 03:29:00 Why does scrolling up & dn hesitate for about half a second or so when I rotate my mouse wheel or grab the scroll bar and drag it? Starts very slow, then after the half sacond operates freely as you would expect. Have the driver installed that came with the mouse (Labtec optical) chopperman (7158)
2005-02-28 03:40:00 Does it just does this in the web browser or everythign else as well?

If just the browser, what browser?

2005-02-28 04:34:00 Yes the problem shows up on web browser and other apps. Using Win XP pro. Doesn't happen every time, but about 3 times in every 8 or so. chopperman (7158)
2005-02-28 05:28:00 I have the same problem, every time I start Firefox the first time I use the mouse wheel and then it is ok for the rest of the time, it is as if some slack needs to be taken up, of course that is ridiculous. zqwerty (97)
2005-02-28 09:07:00 Within Firefox, smoothwheel (addons.update.mozilla.org) is a good extension concerning mouse scrolling. sal (67)
