| 329104 | 2005-02-28 21:50:00 | Haven't uninstalled yet,do you think I should and reinstall? This seems to be the regularly advised fix. If you drag and drop a folder in nero 5, it goes over with all the files therein no problem. |

| 329106 | 2005-02-28 22:01:00 | Up to you Cicero. It wont hurt it. But updating it wont hurt either. Only thing is, the serial u have now may or may not work with 6.6.0.8. Altho If you want to do DVD / Video stuff / slideshows etc, Nerovision is a pretty good program to use. All I want to do is burn these bleedin wedding pics. N.B.I updated last night. |

| 329107 | 2005-02-28 22:08:00 | Does v5 of Nero have Nero Express? I cant remember. If not, I would get Nero 6. This has Nero express as part of Nero and options to burn to videocd/svcd, and minidvd. It would most probably be easier than what you're trying to do now. |

Rather than the software not being good on XP, it could be considered unnecessary for this task. |

| 329109 | 2005-02-28 23:05:00 | Or that INCD is part of Nero, BUT it isnt atm. Its in a different package. And may conflict with XP's builtin burning, if this is enabled. I turned XP's burning off. Its hopeless. |

| 329111 | 2005-02-28 23:24:00 | I wouldnt bother with XP's burning. It cant do everything. XP's burning wouldnt interfere with Nero anyway. It would, if u use INCD or CD Creator / Directcd tho. |

XP will do simple burning tasks very well, I would only use another program if it wasnt just a simple data transfer. Either XP powertoys of SP2 gives you the option to include a slideshow program if you are burning images. Which will not be needed if you are transoprting them to another XP computer as it will do a slide show anyway. |
