| 328885 | 2005-02-28 06:50:00 | Hi guys, I'm trying to find a price for my 9600XT. I have posted it in the JSG forum for sale section for $200.00 and was promptly told that $200.00 was way too much money for the card. I believe a more appropriate price of $100 - $120 was quoted as being realistic!!! Cheapest I could find it on pricespy was $252.00 incl GST. The card is nearly 1 year old and hasn't given me any problems whatsoever. I have the original CD's and DVI to VGA connector. So basically what I want to know is $200.00 too much for the card or not? cheers chiefnz |

Your card is nearly out of its warranty period and anyone interested is bound to think, should I buy a second hand card for $200 when I can get all the bells and whistles for $50 -$70 bucks more ? Personally I'd offer it for around $160 -$170. It looks attractive to buyers then. However no harm in trying it at $200 I'm always on the lookout for decent used graphic cards. So give us a pm If you really have trouble selling it. Not for $200 though ;) |
