| 328869 | 2005-02-28 05:18:00 | I am unable to get emails from the outbox to the recipient When I create a new email it goes to the outbox but does not leave it even though I press send/receive. The program says it has been processed. I am online. but it stays in the outbox and is not received by the person I am sending it to. Strangely real short emails appear to work. I have a new HP computer and XP SP2 Help |

Double-check the pop & smtp addresses with your service provider or on their website, and - i'm assuming you're using Outlook Express here - go to "Tools, Accounts, Properties, Servers"... ...then again, if small emails are going & others aren't - the above theory doesn't hold much water. Any particular size barrier you've noticed? Are you using dial-up, broadband or wireless? How many recipients? |
