| 329429 | 2005-03-01 22:34:00 | Why does windows keep throwing up a box labelled Identity Login, which says "There is no current Identity. Select your indentity name below..." The box relates to email (Outlook Express) and has only begun to appear since Office 2000 was installed (which includes Outlook 2000). How can I make it go away? | slofox (5767) | ||
| 329430 | 2005-03-02 00:02:00 | I am sure you have to make one the default . try also In oe click on file then identities then manage identities Then tick the box use this identity when logging on. and pick what identity you want. Are you going to use Outlook ?? If not when installing office you have a option what not to install. hth |

| 329431 | 2005-03-02 20:04:00 | Thanks johnboy. I do have an identity selected as default ID.....still get the stupid box every so often. I don't use Outlook but was unable to delete it out of the Office install for some reason........I have also tried to selectively remove it from the Office suite but no luck there either...... :@@: |
