| 330776 | 2005-03-07 04:01:00 | Defragging is not really helpful on the newer HDDs. Yes, like the previous guy said, clear out all the stuff loading in startup. And you could be really ruthless - do a fresh reinstall of Windows, god knows what rubbish is cluttering up the registry too. Sometimes a nice clean install is what it needs....... |
