| 330436 | 2005-03-04 18:58:00 | Well visit the sites that we've listed and find out what the prices are.I can see what their prices are, but that doesn't tell me if it's a good ISP or not, which is why I asked for recommendations. M. |

| 330437 | 2005-03-04 19:04:00 | It seems a lot of places have similar plans to what I've got, but they all seem to have slower upload speeds. I'm on 256k down, 128k up, no cap, no shaping, for $49.95. A similar plan over there is 256k down, 64k up, sometimes a cap, sometimes shaping (depending on the company, but the caps are higher than they are here). I haven't yet found anywhere that offers 256k/128k - I would prefer the higher upload speed as well. How annoying :( That said, the iilink one looks good, especially if the phone line rental is through them as well (now I'll have to find what line rentals cost over there, and see if their price is competitive). It also appears that a lot of places with data caps have the data caps only applying to downloaded data - it doesn't count uploaded data as part of the cap. M. |
