330197 2005-03-04 00:43:00 It should be listening on port 57000 but apparently not?!I'll download for the sake of seeding it, though I am already well happy with my distro.

Anywho, your tracker doesn't appear to be running:

My client is trying to connect to the following announce URL:

203.173.148.228:7000

Are you actually running it over SSL? As the server at your end isn't responding on port 443 (SSL) or 7000 (the listed tracker port). I can only get in on port 80 (and 22 (and probably some others if I nmap it))

Edit: Port 57000 ain't there either.

Needs more port forwarding methinks.

Port 6969 is what it should be now listening on (Azureus default), 443 isnt open because 7000 is the SSL port its listening on (Again, Azureus default).
2222, 57000, and a few others are also open.

Geez, wish I knew how to do it :(

Anybody done Bittorrents before?

Cheers

330202 2005-03-04 01:56:00 Ok, I've connected to you on 6969 (using telnet only). The .torrent file you've uploaded has the tracker URL embedded in it as:

203.173.148.228:7000

You'll need to hash up a new .torrent

I've changed the tracker URL on the .torrent you put up in the first post but it's still not too excited about connecting to it.

Edit: Ok, your tracker is now reporting torrent unauthorised. This could be because I've munged it around a wee bit, that or you might want to be a bit more liberal in your azureus options.

330203 2005-03-04 03:09:00 Its trying https which is right.... Isnt it?

Maybe I try a torrent, non-ssl, with port 6969

Give it two minutes and it'll be up there
