Umm if u have XP, go to start/run type in msconfig.

Go to the startup tab. Does it show in here?? if so, what folder does it load from??

331260 2005-03-07 09:06:00 I'm running 98,and have tried that in msconfig, but it keeps on coming back,it won't even shut down.It is in the windows\system folder, and only appeared about a month ago,and no,I can't think of anything I have done to load it on,purposely or not. Peter Coleman (597)
331261 2005-03-07 09:09:00 Ok . Go to start/run type regedit .

Search for fracgann . exe, or fracgann in the registry .

Edit menu / find, or Ctrl F while in regedit .

If it appears, delete every instance of it, then reboot . Then see if it comes back .

Hmm... not sure that's the best idea. Arbitrarily deleting registry entries by a computer novice prob isn't wise this early in the game.

Are you sure that spelling of that process name is absolutely correct?
