| 330811 | 2005-03-05 04:46:00 | I have been trying to send an email to Bruce for two days but not able to send....and get this error message.... 0x8104210A ..I put this error message in GOOGLE and am advised to take the crosses out of the inbox and out box for NORTONS OPTIONS in Email and after doing this get ERROR MESSAGE 0x8004210B..... To remedy this I an further dircted to Office XP Service pack 3....I didn't know there was sevice pack 3...has this ever happened to you and please advise me further.... |

| 330812 | 2005-03-05 04:58:00 | What Nortons program is this?? And whats the whole error say?? I wld say it'll be better to get SP3 for office, to see if that fixes the prob, if thats what it said. If Outlook is saying this, see if Outlook Express does the same thing. |
